What happens when you go 48 hrs without sleep? Wanna find out?

So today I am going to clear 48hrs without sleep. I need the next 48hrs to finish my last assignment that is due this week. Then I sleep for a day and go back to 8am - 12am (thats midnight) days for a week for two more assignments and then finally about 4 days after that I finish the last of all my assignments stay tuned here as I video my days unfolding. :) :( I am tired and undecided about how I feel okay!

Red wines should carry health indicators, say researchers

The health benefits of red wine have been widely documented, but in order to get the most goodness from your glass, you may need to choose your bottle carefully.

Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant found in red wine. It is known to protect against a number of diseases, including Parkinson’s, cancer and heart disease and has been shown to play a role in extending lifespan.

But Dr Richard Hoffman, of the University of Hertfordshire, says that while the health-giving properties of resveratrol have been well studied, no-one has systematically measured its levels in different brands…………
